JD.com invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Intern in New Jersey. The program runs 3–6 months and exposes you to real projects and responsibilities in a high-volume logistics recruitment environment.

You will support full-cycle recruiting across multiple NJ sites, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and contributing to onboarding and employer branding efforts. This full-time internship offers hands-on training and professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team

Location: Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, New Jersey

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week)

About the Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

This internship provides hands‑on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.
