Job summary

JD.com is launching the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in New Jersey. The Talent Acquisition Intern role provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-volume logistics environment across multiple NJ sites, over a 3–6 month period with real growth opportunities.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, maintain ATS, and support employer branding, gaining core HR skills in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team

Location: Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, New Jersey

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Employment Type:Full-time Internship (40 hours per week)

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
