Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics), part of JD.com, offers a JD Young Internship Program in New Jersey. You will gain hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting across multiple NJ sites, supporting sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and HR projects in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Over 3–6 months, you’ll work with teams to develop core talent acquisition skills, leverage ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and contribute to employer branding and hiring analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or supply chain.
• Strong verbal and written English and Mandarin skills.
• Experience or familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and perform initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across platforms.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Participate in other HR and recruitment-related projects.

About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

This internship provides hands‑on experience in full-cycle recruiting operations within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
