You will assist sourcing, screening, scheduling, ATS management, ad posting, branding, and reporting, gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team.
