Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in full-cycle recruiting operations in a high-volume logistics environment across New Jersey sites.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach; schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS and candidate databases; draft and post job ads across platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination.

JD Young Internship Program – Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.

Employment Type: Full‑time internship (40 hours per week).

About the Program

The JD Young (JDY) Internship Program provides early‑career talent with hands‑on exposure to real projects and responsibilities over 3–6 months. Interns work alongside experienced teams, develop fundamental skills, and learn how a global business operates.

Responsibilities

• Work hands‑on in full‑cycle recruiting operations within a high‑volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey and South region sites.
• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Perform other HR and recruitment‑related projects assigned by the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
