Job summary

JD.com, also known as Jingdong, offers a JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in New Jersey. You will gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting within a high-volume logistics environment, supporting hiring across multiple New Jersey sites.

The Talent Acquisition Intern role provides exposure to sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, ATS updates, and onboarding tasks, working with experienced teams to build foundational HR skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, New Jersey

Hourly Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hr

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week)

About Our Program
