Job summary

JD.com invites applications for a Talent Acquisition Intern in New Jersey. Based in Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Middlesex, or Old Bridge, you will participate in full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume logistics environment, supporting multiple sites in NJ and the South region.

You'll gain hands-on experience over 3–6 months, working with teams, building skills, handling ATS and branding, and contributing to candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, supply chain, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases
• Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed
• Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team

About the Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands‑on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
