Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews across calendars and hiring managers, including phone screens and on-site visits.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on role priorities and scheduling logistics.
• Coordinate candidate travel and expense reimbursements.
• Draft and send offer letters and background check requests.
• Track interview and hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Support employer branding through career fairs and campus events.
• Continuously improve scheduling processes and candidate experience.
