Job summary

Iridium Satellite, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to streamline the interview process, coordinate schedules, and maintain recruiting data in the ATS. You will support interview teams, assess candidates, and help with post-offer activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers exposure to full recruiting lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to grow within Talent Acquisition while supporting hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, HR, Administrative support, Customer Service, or related field
• Strong communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and internal teams
• Solid organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ability to follow established processes and use computer systems
• Comfort with learning new technologies and working in a team
• Ability to handle confidential information

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individual and panel interviews, including scheduling and logistics
• Communicate interview details and directions to candidates
• Maintain candidate and requisition information in the ATS (iCIMS)
• Administer assessments (e.g., Predictive Index) and track completion
• Collect and distribute interview feedback from interviewers
• Assist with onboarding, contractor conversions, internal moves, and offers
• Provide support for recruiting events and onsite activities
