Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering/technical/manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work remotely with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, industry groups, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Phone screen candidates to build a strong candidate pool and high-quality hires.
• Partner with hiring managers to create competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Coordinate scheduling and interviews; provide updates and metrics from the ATS.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
