Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage a high-touch candidate experience, consistently branding the client in the marketplace and developing sourcing strategies across multiple channels.

You will screen candidates, build talent pools, and partner with hiring managers to create competency-based interview guides. The role includes coordinating interviews, delivering recruitment metrics, and participating in campus recruitment and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing activities across LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search and social platforms.
• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Deliver high quality candidate management through the ATS and proper dispositioning.
• Partner with hiring teams on competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in campus recruitment and career events to build the brand.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and produce performance reports.
• May participate in on-site face-to-face interviews.
