Job summary

Your Talent Team is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support the client’s engineering, technical and manufacturing recruiting needs in the United States. You will deliver a high-touch candidate experience, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and drive multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify top talent.

You will manage the interview process, build talent pools, and collaborate on competency-based interview guides to ensure fair and thorough assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requisition validation and strategy discussions with hiring managers.
• Define go-to-market strategy and execute sourcing activities via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Execute diversity outreach and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing applications and dispositioning candidates promptly.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessments.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Attend campus recruitment activities and networking events.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
