Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to enhance the candidate experience and brand the client in the marketplace.

You will develop sourcing strategies and execute them across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels, while screening applicants to build a strong talent pool. You will partner with hiring teams to craft competency-based interview guides, deliver timely updates, and ensure a fair, consistent assessment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least three years recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Indeed and ATS (ADP RM).

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute on sourcing activities via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards and direct search.
• Screen candidates and manage ATS candidate flow, with timely disposition.
• Partner with hiring teams to create competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and gather feedback from hiring managers.
• Participate in campus recruitment activities and campus branding.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and produce performance reports.
