Essenti Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to ensure a high-touch candidate experience and to brand our client in the marketplace. You will develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, build talent pools, and drive a fair and consistent interview process across teams.

You will learn the business quickly, influence hiring managers, and act as a trusted talent acquisition partner. On-site and campus recruiting activities are part of the role, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience for engineering/technical and manufacturing roles.
• Experience utilizing recruitment tools including LinkedIn and Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

• Define the go-to-market sourcing strategy and execute via LinkedIn, Indeed, groups, job boards, direct search and social media.
• Execute diversity outreach, sourcing, and recruitment strategies.
