System Engineer (Managed Services | NYC Onsite + Remote Support)

Are you a skilled System Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced Managed Services environment? We’re looking for a motivated and versatile IT professional to provide dedicated onsite and remote support for one of our long-standing enterprise clients in New York City.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, client interaction, and problem-solving across a broad range of technologies. You’ll be part of a trusted MSP team supporting a well-established client relationship that spans two decades.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver daily technical support to end users onsite and remotely.
• Manage Active Directory (user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and Office 365 sync).
• Support Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive integrations.
• Provide basic administration for Azure Virtual Desktops.
• Set up and maintain Windows desktops, software deployments, and mobile devices.
• Administer and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP systems (Unity), NVR/DVR camera systems, and user profiles on AS400.
• Support custom applications such as Crystal Reports, BarTender, and SQL.
• Assist with FTP/SFTP connections and inventory data feeds.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and iOS support.
