We’re seeking a skilled Level 2 System Administrator to join a growing Managed Services team supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the Atlanta area. Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 escalation support for desktops, servers, and network environments across multiple client sites
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Exchange, and email connectivity issues (POP3, IMAP, SMTP)
• Support, maintain, and patch Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016–2022), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and Terminal Services
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, including VLANs, switch stacks, access points, and VPN concentrators
• Perform administration and maintenance of firewalls, routers, and gateways (Cisco, SonicWall, etc.)
• Monitor and maintain system backups and disaster recovery solutions (Symantec, StorageCraft, or equivalent)
• Document issues, resolutions, and infrastructure details to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on root cause analysis and preventative measures

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working for a MSP
• Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, and networking technologies
• Hands-on experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint
• Solid understanding of IP networking, including addressing, routing, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience supporting and configuring security appliances, VPNs, and backup solutions
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
