IT Field Technician | MSP | Brooklyn, NY

We7re a growing MSP looking for a reliable IT Field Technician with 2+ years of MSP experience to deliver hands-on support across our Brooklyn HQ and local client sites. This role is perfect for someone whoull between troubleshooting tickets, supporting Microsoft 365, and tackling networking challenges — all while building trusted client relationships.

What Youll Do:

• Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 & Active Directory issues (accounts, groups, policies)
• Resolve networking issues (wired/wireless, VPN, firewalls, switches, APs)
• Support VOIP systems (RingCentral setup & troubleshooting)
• Document work in ticketing system and communicate clearly with end users
• Travel to client sites as needed (mileage reimbursed)

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of MSP experience (must-have)
• Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge (Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquiti a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
