What You’ll Do

• Lead and support projects across cloud migrations, cybersecurity, and infrastructure upgrades
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues spanning servers, networks, firewalls, and endpoints
• Administer and maintain customer cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for SMB and enterprise clients across NYC
• Collaborate with a close-knit team that values innovation and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

• Must have experience working for a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V), and PowerShell scripting
• Solid background in networking, firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.), DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
• Bonus points for experience in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance‑driven industries
