We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider hiring a Level 2 IT Support Technician to join our MSP team.. This role is best suited for an experienced MSP technician who can confidently deliver advanced in-office and on-site support, particularly in networking, Microsoft 365, and VOIP systems.

You’ll play a key role in supporting healthcare clients across Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Expect hands-on work with Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and RingCentral. A personal vehicle is required (mileage is reimbursed).

What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced Level 2 support for network, server, and end-user issues—both in-office and at client sites
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment: Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall, Ubiquiti, Juniper
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and RingCentral VOIP systems
• Deliver exceptional service through clear, professional communication
• Document work thoroughly in the ticketing system and contribute to team knowledge
• Mentor junior techs and collaborate with internal teams
• Travel locally to client sites as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience working for a MSP
• Strong networking skills and hands-on experience with listed vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and RingCentral or comparable VOIP systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
