System Engineer (Managed Service Provider)

This role is a technical and client-facing position in a growing Managed Service Provider. You will take ownership of complex issues, mentor junior engineers, lead escalations, support advanced infrastructure environments, and participate in projects. What You Will Do

Lead escalations for servers, virtualization, networking, and Windows environments
Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers on tickets and technical decision making
Support client environments across on-premise and cloud systems
Deliver proactive monitoring, incident response, and client-facing communication
Participate in projects, migrations, and long-term IT initiatives

What You Bring

2 years in an MSP environment
Strong background in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
Solid networking skills including firewalls, VPN, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP
Ability to mentor junior engineers and handle complex client escalations
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent client communication
