Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Sales team seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to drive end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System across the assigned territory in the United States. You will lead procedure sales, educate physicians, and coordinate post-sales adoption for improved patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in MedTech or surgical device sales.
• Ability to educate physicians and staff on product use.
• Willingness to travel frequently to territory locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user base within qualified accounts.
• Lead product demonstrations to drive sales and adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics.
• Coordinate post-sales installation, training, and adoption activities with the team.
• Support customers in clinical adoption and ensure achievement of clinical and economic goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Ottava Surgical Robotics products and industry trends.
