Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Clinical Sales Representative for the Orange County territory to drive end-to-end program development, clinical success, and sales of the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. This field-based role requires travel across the territory and deep product knowledge to educate physicians and staff.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and execute quarterly business plans within a territorial healthcare market.
- Ability to lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations.
- Experience in referral education activities and post-sale adoption support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans to hit procedure and disposable sales targets.
- Drive Ottava utilization and expand user-base in qualified accounts.
- Maintain a strategic territory business plan and present sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Managers to maximize capital system and procedure sales.
- Lead product demos to drive adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics tech.
- Educate physicians and staff to ensure clinical and economic goals are met.
