Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Orange County territory to drive end-to-end program development and clinical success for the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will lead clinical and technical discussions, conduct demonstrations, and develop quarterly business plans to expand adoption and utilization, while educating physicians and staff on the technology.

Travel across the territory and cross-team collaboration are essential to ensure successful deployment

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end program development and clinical success.
• Ability to lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations.
• Experience driving utilization for robotic surgical systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base within qualified accounts.
• Maintain a strategic business plan and present realistic forecasts to sales management.
