Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Melbourne, FL territory to drive Ottava Surgical Robotics adoption. You will lead end-to-end program development, conduct procedure sales and education, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver value to surgeons and hospitals.

You will travel frequently, support customers in clinical adoption, and demonstrate the Ottava system while building strategic plans to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical sales within MedTech or healthcare environments preferred.
• Ability to lead product demonstrations and technical discussions with clinicians.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute territory business plans to meet procedure sales targets.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand user base in qualified accounts.
• Lead clinical demonstrations to promote adoption of Ottava Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Coordinate post-sales installation and ongoing education to ensure customer success.
