Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Orange County territory to drive adoption of the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will lead end-to-end program development, clinical demonstrations and education to help surgeons and staff incorporate the technology into everyday practice.

In this field-based role you will travel frequently, work with hospital teams, and partner with the commercial group to meet sales and patient outcomes goals.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate traits for Clinical Sales in MedTech/Hospital systems.
• Strong communication with customers and teams in high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand user-base within qualified accounts.
• Maintain a strategic, updated business plan for the territory.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to management on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Territory Manager to maximize capital system and procedure sales.
• Lead product technical and clinical demonstrations for adoption.
• Execute referral education activities to boost procedure sales.
• Implement post-sales installation and adoption protocols with Sales/Service teams.
• Support customers in clinical adoption of Ottava robotics.
• Ensure customers achieve clinical/economic goals and high utilization.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Ottava products and market trends.
