Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative for the Orange County territory to drive adoption of the Ottava Surgical Robotic System. You will lead clinical and technical product discussions, demonstrations, and education with surgeons and staff across hospitals and ambulatory centers.

This field-based role requires frequent travel, strong collaboration with the commercial team, and a proven ability to develop and execute quarterly business plans that expand usage and reach.

Qualifications

• Role requires building quarterly business plans to hit procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Lead clinical and technical product discussions and demonstrations for surgeons and staff.
• Manage post-sales installation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of Ottava robotics in sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Drive Ottava utilization and expand the user-base within qualified accounts.
• Lead product demonstrations to ensure adoption of Ottava robotics across hospitals.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams on installation and post-sales support.
• Educate physicians and staff on device usage and clinical/economic goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Ottava products and market trends.
