Job summary

Five Below in Marshfield, WI is seeking an on-site store supervisor to wow customers with fast, friendly service, train crew on BEST practices, and oversee daily store operations. You’ll assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising while acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, alarms, supervising associates, and driving sales while controlling expenses. Flexible schedule required and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Customer service oriented with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and customers are served well.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Manages opening or closing the store, cash handling, alarms, and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and products.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Maintains store maintenance and stockroom organization as needed.
