Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees the daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing the store, securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms for a smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
