Five Below in Marshfield, WI is seeking a capable Store Manager on Duty to help run daily operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will supervise crew, train associates, oversee opening/closing, and partner with the leadership team to drive sales and control expenses.

Your role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment. This hourly position starts at $11.50 per hour with opportunities for growth and

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Creative thinking.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Mansioni

Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily activities of store associates and service quality.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
Manage opening/closing procedures, cash, and security responsibilities.
Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and service.
Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
Perform store maintenance and ensure clean, safe environment.
