Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a Supervisor/Leader for our Sun Prairie, WI store to deliver WOW customer service and manage daily store operations. The role involves training crew, supervising associates, stocking, and ensuring a high-energy environment aligned with Five Below standards.

The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of management experience, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule with day/evening shifts and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer with personal contact and friendly service.
• Train crew on BEST service and fast checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Perform routine store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
