Job summary

Five Below in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking a capable hourly associate in a leadership-capable role to WOW customers and manage daily operations. You will supervise crew, train on the best-in-class customer service, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience and a High School diploma; strong communication and multitasking are essential. Open/close duties, cash handling, and stock control are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close store; secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses; optimize merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping.
