Job summary

Five Below in West Bend, WI is seeking an energetic hourly team member to support store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You will help supervise crew, assist with stocking, and participate in opening/closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operation.

You will contribute to fast, friendly checkouts, training of associates, and driving sales while maintaining store standards and guest satisfaction. Flexible schedule including day and weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on BEST customer service; fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and their performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and housekeeping.
