Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking a Subtitling Project Coordinator for its Media & Entertainment division. Based in the Philippines, you will drive multilingual localization projects, ensure timely handoffs, and coordinate with client tools and workflows to deliver high-quality subtitles.

You will manage translation files, monitor communications, and keep project data up to date while supporting invoicing data and internal meetings. A fast-paced, detail-focused collaborator will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication, for client coordination.
• Previous subtitling experience is essential for timely deliveries.
• Experience in localization and/or video games industry preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Must be motivated, accountable and a team player.
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with PC and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivered projects meet timescales, quality and profitability.
• Manage resources to follow project instructions and QA procedures.
• Prepare and analyze translation files from clients.
• Monitor and triage client communications with clear handovers.
• Maintain accurate project data in the system.
• Prepare data for client invoicing and reports.
• Participate in regular internal meetings.
