Job summary

Santa Monica Studio in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide desktop, laptop, and network support to internal users. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues, document procedures, and maintain strong service relationships with business teams.

This is primarily an on-site role with daily office presence in Playa Vista. Candidates should be experienced in Windows, Office, and IT support best practices, and be ready for after-hours on-call involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop support and customer service.
• Ability to work in an in-person role in Playa Vista, CA.
• Familiarity with standard IT support procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpdesk-level support for internal clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and network issues.
• Develop and follow standard operating procedures for IT support.
• Perform first and second level support and troubleshooting for workstation and mobile systems.
• Maintain and escalate incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Manage user accounts and permissions; participate in on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with business teams and vendors to resolve problems.
