Job summary

Premiere Digital Services in Los Angeles is seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to maintain end-user systems, ensure hardware, OS, and software comply with company standards, and work with IT staff to ensure reliability.

This in-office role runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with a pay rate of $31.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have strong troubleshooting, documentation, and networking basics, plus experience supporting Windows and Mac environments in enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–4 years’ desktop support experience.
• Proficient with Windows and Mac in a networked enterprise.
• Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software issues.
• Strong documentation skills for procedures and reports.
• Experience deploying and supporting desktop infrastructure.
• Self-starter, independent worker and team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP).
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to support requests from users and clients.
• Diagnose and coordinate resolutions with engineers or third parties as needed.
• Proactively monitor systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Take corrective action to keep content and processes flowing.
• Provide 1st tier support for employees, clients and team members.
• Collaborate with international technical teams and third parties on projects.
• Test, troubleshoot and support web, media, and entertainment technology systems.
