Job summary

Skadden in Los Angeles is seeking a Technology Support Analyst to deliver hands-on technology support for office staff, covering software, hardware, network services, and AV systems. You will respond to helpdesk tickets and calls, support Citrix-based apps, and assist with remote site access while maintaining inventory and security best practices.

Ideal candidates have strong Microsoft Office, Windows/macOS, NetDocuments, and mobile device knowledge, plus a track record of reliable customer

Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix, Windows and macOS environments, NetDocuments, iOS and Android mobile devices, DTE, and Litera Compare.
• Ability to apply logic, reasoning, analysis and interpretation skills to resolve problems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology support for the local office across software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio visual, telephone and security systems.
• Respond to local and central helpline, support tickets and emails, assess problems and offer assistance.
• Provide application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications; assist with remote site access and office technology setups.
• Maintain data rooms, inventory records, and assist with moves/adds/changes; ensure security best practices.
