The position emphasizes customer service, rapid troubleshooting, and collaboration across production teams. It requires on-site presence with occasional on-call responsibilities and the chance to work with cutting-edge gaming platforms and tools.

Qualifications

Gathers and analyzes information to resolve problems quickly.
Strong in client hardware and software with Windows OS proficiency.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and production tools (Adobe, Maya, Zbrush, VS).
Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Familiar with enterprise storage technologies and basic networking.
Capable of handling multiple projects and changing approaches as needed.
Reliable, proactive, and responsive in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk-level support for internal clients and coordinate requests.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and network services for local and remote employees.
Escalate issues to appropriate technical teams when needed.
Document and implement standard IT support procedures and guidelines.
Perform first/second level support for workstation and mobile systems.
Interact with end users to resolve incidents efficiently and accurately.
Build direct relationships with business units as a support resource.
