Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to join the Dasher Financial team. This role builds the operations of a bank program at scale, a product used by millions of Dashers each month.

We aim for a fast, intuitive financial product that helps Dashers improve their financial health. You will turn tough operational problems into clear plans and drive them to completion, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data (SQL or Excel).

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end — the metrics, the operating model, and the cross-functional partners who make it work.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans, and drive them through Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build the monitoring and mechanisms that catch problems before users report them, rather than after.
• Manage external vendors and partners: hold them to their SLAs, escape when they miss, and negotiate what we need.
