Job summary

DoorDash's Dasher Financial team is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a debt paydown product for Dashers. You will own end-to-end launch readiness, ensure compliance, and coordinate funds-flow across Treasury and Technical Accounting.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Analytics, and Treasury to build an operational backbone, daily reconciliation, and a scalable, regulated fintech product.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills; back decisions with data.
• Comfortable with SQL or Excel-based modeling.
• Curious, driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Has shipped a product with a hard launch date.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: drive compliance sign-off and funds-flow documentation.
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation between debited, wired and delivered funds.
• Make policy calls on caps/floors, routing limits, and reversals.
• Own phased rollout and 12-week debt-reduction readout with measurement.
