DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a new debt paydown product for Dashers, where a portion of each payout moves toward a selected debt. Dashers connect their debt accounts and funds flow daily, routed to lenders to pay down balances.

You will own end-to-end launch readiness, build the operational backbone with daily reconciliation, and lead policy decisions with a phased rollout and 12-week readout, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills backed by data.
• Comfortable pulling SQL or modeling in Excel.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Shipped something with a hard launch date; can reason about money movement.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: ensure compliance sign-off and funds-flow documentation.
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation and support playbook for payments.
• Make policy calls on caps, floors, and routing limits.
• Own phased rollout and measurement with a 12-week debt-reduction readout.
