Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations for its Dasher Financial team. You will build new fintech bets from the ground up, shape strategy, own execution, and ultimately run the P&L for a new product line. Early focus may be lending and credit, with opportunity to scale exciting fintech opportunities.

You’ll own the roadmap, design experiments, and work with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to turn ideas into scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in high-growth tech/fintech environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with SQL/Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Strong ownership mindset with end-to-end product and business line responsibility.
• Ability to define success metrics and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify new fintech opportunities and size the market.
• Design and run experiments to validate demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and cross-functional launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for outcomes.
• Scale products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
