DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a debt paydown product for Dashers. You will own end-to-end launch readiness, ensuring compliance, funds flows, and daily reconciliation across treasury and lenders, with a focus on defensible, scalable money movement.

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-backed decisions.
• Curious, driven and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Shipped something with a hard launch date.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: drive compliance review and funds-flow documentation with Treasury and Technical Accounting.
• Build operational backbone: daily reconciliation of debits, wires, and funds reaching lenders; support for failed/misapplied payments.
• Make policy calls on payment caps/floors, routing limits, and handling reversals.
• Own phased rollout and measurement: sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and the 12-week debt-reduction readout.
