Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a debt paydown product for Dashers. You will own end-to-end readiness, ensuring compliance and efficient funds flow while building the daily reconciliation backbone and support playbooks.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in fast-growth settings, comfort with data-driven decisions, and the ability to operate across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Treasury to scale fintech initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills with data support (SQL/Excel)
• Curious, driven, comfortable with ambiguity and decision-writing with owners
• Experience shipping with a hard launch date and money-movement experience or rapid upskilling

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: drive compliance review and funds-flow documentation with Treasury and Technical Accounting
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation of debits, wires, and lender payments; support for failed/returned payments
• Make policy calls on payment caps/floors, routing limits, and reversals
• Own phased rollout and metrics: sequencing, FAQs, support enablement, and 12-week debt-reduction readout
