Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to help build scalable operations for the Dasher Financial program. You will own critical metrics, define operating models, and partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external vendors to turn problems into clear plans and drive them to completion.

You will own disputes & support, growth ops, and the onboarding processes for Dashers and consumers, shaping a fast, data-driven environment with opportunities to advance into a future

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in high-growth teams (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and decisions/data-driven approach (SQL or Excel)
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Willing to learn fast and take ownership
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Analyze & problem-solve of ambiguous operational problems and drive improvements
• Drive execution of discrete projects that impact key metrics (deposits, bill pay adoption, dispute resolution SLA)
• Experiment & learn by designing tests, measuring impact, and scaling successful approaches
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Legal
• Grow fast by building the toolkit of a future operator/GM in zero-to-one fintech problems
