Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to launch and scale a new debt paydown product for Dashers. You will own end-to-end launch readiness, ensuring compliance and accurate funds-flow.

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Legal, Treasury; build daily reconciliation, and set policy on caps and routing. 3–5 years of experience and a related bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-growth teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills backed by data (SQL or Excel modeling).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own launch readiness end-to-end: sign-off on compliance and funds-flow documentation.
• Build the operational backbone: daily reconciliation between debited amounts, wires, and lender payouts.
• Make policy calls on caps, floors, routing limits, and reversed payments.
• Own phased rollout and the measurement for the 12-week debt-reduction readout.
