Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Dasher Financial team. This role builds new fintech bets from ground up, testing hypotheses and scaling into category-defining businesses.

You will operate like a GM-in-training, shaping strategy, owning execution, and building the P&L for a new fintech product line. Early projects may include lending and credit, with flexibility to pursue high-potential opportunities for Dasher Financial.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into scaled outcomes.
• Ability to structure undefined problems using data (SQL/Excel).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and work cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
