Job summary

DoorDash is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to help build the operations of a scalable banking program used by millions of Dashers each month. This role focuses on turning complex problems into actionable plans and partnering across Product, Engineering, Legal, and external vendors to deliver results.

You will own end-to-end processes, monitor performance, and drive growth in a fast-paced fintech environment, with strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high-growth teams or related experience.
• Able to pull SQL or model in Excel to back decisions.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own a core area of the Crimson banking program end to end — the metrics, the operating model, and the cross-functional partners.
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into structured plans and drive them with Product, Engineering, Legal, and external partners.
• Build monitoring to catch issues before users report them.
• Manage external vendors and partners, including SLAs and negotiations.
