Job summary

Marsh Agency's Business Insurance group seeks a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic partnerships with sales teams for transportation clients. You will manage high-level relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities while delivering risk management insights.

You will mentor, train, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure exceptional client service, maintain accurate records, and advance carrier and program structures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience with trucking/transportation focus.
• Active P&C license; STAR/TRIP designations preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to manage complex transportation accounts and translate client needs into underwriting-ready submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate and produce proposals, stewardship reports, analytics, and market commentary.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing, coverage, and program considerations.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and collaborate with sales/service teams.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and provide strong customer service.
