• 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, focused on trucking/transportation.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP are preferred.
• Experience with transportation clients: motor carriers, brokers, intermodal and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships for Transportation accounts with high service standards.
• Lead complex trucking/transportation accounts with strategic risk solutions.
• Prepare proposals, stewardship reports, analytics and market commentary.
• Support renewals amid pricing pressure and layered program structures.
• Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
