Marsh Agency’s Transportation Insurance practice seeks a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic client partnerships and growth for Transportation accounts in the United States. You will collaborate with sales teams to nurture high-value relationships, deliver risk management solutions, and drive retention in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial insurance account management, deep trucking/transportation knowledge, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management/customer service experience with focus on trucking/transportation risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts, delivering high-level service.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics, and market commentary for underwriting-ready submissions.
• Analyze coverage with colleagues to recommend improvements or additional coverage.
• Support renewals in a challenging transportation market with pricing, coverage and program considerations.
• Update customer information accurately in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service in collaboration with sales and service teams.
